Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days. We use Royal Mail signed for service for parcels weighing 2kg and under including packaging, as well as using the courier  DPD for larger orders. Please allow us the full stated time to get your order posted before contacting us as we are often very busy, we may be able to post out to you in a more timely manor but that is at our discretion. Please allow 10 days for your delivery to arrive from the postage date before contacting us.

Where possible we will update your order with the tracking details. If we do not, please feel free to get in touch and we will provide you the details as we process your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns to Meltilicious Scent Boutique  are only accepted up to 14 days from the date that you received your order. You have 14 days  from the day of receipt of  your order to advise us that you wish to return products, and to return these products at your own cost to-Meltilicious Scent Boutique, 44 Southwood gardens ,Ramsgate,Kent,Ct11 0BQ.

 Only products which are unused, in their original packaging, unopened and purchased directly from us will be eligible for a return and refund. Any returns remain your responsibility until we receive them. We suggest that you use a tracked delivery service incase your parcel gets lost or damaged in transit as we cannot guarantee the return of these products to us and that you use adequate packaging to prevent damage.

Upon receiving the return we will check the product(s) and contact you regarding their status. If they meet our stated criteria we will issue  a refund  straight away using your original payment method. If the product is used, damaged or no longer in a saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to reduce it to an acceptable level as to cover our losses.

If your order is something customised or made up especially for you from us it is not eligible for a refund or return. Original postage costs are non refundable.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

if we receive a parcel back because delivery was tried and the recipient failed to then collect it we will refund you the product cost  minus 15 percent which will cover our cost to restock the items and our payment processing fee.

 if the return is due to an error on our part or faulty goods, you can return the goods to us within 30 days of purchase, once we receive them back we will refund the cost of your original order plus your return postage.
